File types we accept
You will be able to upload your design once you have reached the checkout. It will ask you to upload a file - accepted file types are PDF, JPG and PNG. If you don’t have any of these files on hand, please contact us and we will be able to help you further.
Locations we can print and embroider
We can print and embroider designs in a wide range of locations on your garments. Please take a look at the product page to view options. If you need to discuss further, please do not hesitate to contact us.
Artwork quality
We want your design to look the best it can - please upload a high-quality version of your logo. If the file you have is of a low quality, we will contact you to discuss options.
Artwork Sizes
The maximum width for embroidery is 26cm. The maximum width for print is 30cm. The height of your logo will be scaled according to the width.
Colours/Pantone Match
We understand that some companies follow strike guidelines when it comes to their logos and designs. If you wish to match to a particular pantone colour(s) we are able to do so. Please put pantone reference number(s) in the notes box at the checkout. If your design doesn’t have a pantone colour reference will we will match to the closest colour thread.
